Another week in photos, December has been so busy! This post is the week before Christmas week, so 15th through to the 21st.

It’s recently gotten so cold, so Monday Ksk and I had nabe! Nabe is Japanese hot pot , you can eat it with a dip or with a soup. Delicious! My favourite sauce to dip my food in is Ponzu, which is a citrus sauce, it is one of my favourite sauces.

On Tuesday I met up with Aditi for coffee and chats, perfect start to the day :D.

Wednesday was so busy, since two of my colleague were leaving, we met up for spicy Korean chicken lunch in Shin Okubo. In the evening was my work’s Bonenkai (end of year party), we went to an Italian restaurant in Nakameguro, it was delicious and I was really touch by my colleagues making a special effort to get me food without diary. Dairy seems to set of my eczema:(. I ended up with one of the biggest glasses of Grappa.

Thursday I met up with Nicola, Madeleine, Siobhan and Astria for Cinnabon! I’m not a massive fan of sweet foods, but every now and then I like a donut or a cinnamon roll. I got the winter special, Caramel Pecan …. soo good but so much sugar.

I met up with Ksk at the pub on Friday, for hummus, wine and pie. Not all together of course. I love hummus and I love pie. I really miss all the hummus varieties you can get in the UK. My favourite was a sun dried tomato and olive one, taste sensation!

Saturday, Ksk and I just caught up on sleep and chilled out. It was a much needed rest from being so busy during the week. For dinner, we had Ksk’s tuna zuke don, one of my favourite dishes! Soy sauce, ginger marinated tuna with avocado

Since Ksk works on Sunday, I tried to find a Christmas present for him, I couldn’t finding anything but I did find some random cute things while looking.
