What I think my neighbour is doing #4

Sorry, this Sundays post is a little late, this weekend I was away at the beach.
Last Monday, I had to make a second (third?) complaint to my flat manager about my neighbour, the weekend before she had a party. Gah, I sound old. It was a Friday after all, what’s the problem? To be honest, it was sort of perfect in a way, as she had a BBQ too (which is usually a BIG no no in Japanese apartment blocks), so it meant we could complain and she’d definitely know it was about her and she wouldn’t know it was us that specifically complained. We’ve already complained to her in person too, and all the manager can do every time we complain is put up a silly little poster that says “everyone please be careful about how much noise you make blah blah blah”. The manager won’t make a direct complaint to her, because they have to protect our privacy. On the one hand, yeah that makes sense. Some people are vindictive wankers who will purposely make more noise to piss off their complaining neighbour but on the other hand, if I saw a poster like that I’m not going to think its about me…..who is it about?
Anyway, so that happened and it was not fun as my Japanese is pretty audacious and my speaking is even worse. So this weeks drawing, I imagined she’d built a miniature city and then decided to destroy it. Well she is a dinosaur after all, it only right she should go the Godzilla route, right?

Have you ever had to make a complaint about a noisy neighbour?
Thank you for reading, and please leave a comment.
Alanna.
