What I think my neighbour is doing #9

I actually have more than one noisy neighbour.

I have the main noisy one next door(T-Rex), the occasional stomper upstairs and irate shrill mother who screams at her entire family (and DOESN’T even live in my building)!!!!

Usually the other neighbours don’t cause me as much annoyance as the main next door T-Rex one, so I hardly ever talk about them.

However, since the weather in Tokyo is finally bare able and getting more autumn-y like we’ve turned off the air con and thrown open the window ….and so have a lot of other people in my building :/. So in the last couple of weeks, a new annoying neighbour has emerged( actually we suspect she’s a guest).

A couple of night a week, until gone midnight, we’ve been hearing this horrific Bellatrix le strange/ horse cackle. It was so annoying, that the other night Ksk just snapped and screamed out the window “URASAI(NOISY)!!!!” and she shut up.

Annoyingly, a lot of these situations could just be solved by telling the other person that they’re causing a problem but, eh this is Japan. Be direct!!!! What are you smoking!? Instead you have to complain to the building manager and they put up a generic notice to everyone and then the person who the notice is actually about, will just think nah not about me….must be someone else. So frustrating. Anyway, enough rambling.

This weeks drawing, I imagined they were playing giant Jenga, which is quite a feat really considering they both have short arms. Confession: I love Jenga, and I especially love giant Jenga, however I don’t love it when it falls on you.
